One or more file of any type. Most email programs limit file size between 10 and 25 MB

Body:

Not used

Description:

This service can be used to retrieve any files you previously posted to Flexamail. If you do not specify a value in the subject, it will return a list of all of your available files. Within that email will be a link for each file that can be used to download that individual file. If you specify a filename or part of a file name, it will return a list of files, unless only one file is found. If only one file match is found, that file will be returned as an attachment. There are a number of other email addresses that perform the exact same,[email protected][email protected] and [email protected]. These perform exactly the same as the [email protected] except they limit the search to images, protected and shared files respectively.

Web Browsing
[email protected]

Email Address:

[email protected]

Subject:

The website address you wish to view ( for example www.cnn.com )

Attachment(s):

Not used

Body:

Not used

Description:

This service will go out, fetch the newest version of a webpage address you specified in the subject, reformat it into an email that you will be sent. As part of the process, all of the links are rewritten to work with Flexamail. If you want to follow a link, simply click it and it will format an email response. Send this newly opened email and a few moments later, the requested page will be returned. There are a few limits. First off, email programs all do a different quality of job with CSS formatting, which means it may not look exactly the same as in your web browser. Second, there is no Flash support and very limited Javascript support in email. Finally, in an attempt to compromise between speed and accuracy, some links or images may not be properly parsed.
As part of this process, all of the images, css files and html will be bundled into the email. This means three things, first you will make no active connections to the website you have request, meaning that even if your work or country has blocked access, you should be able to access any website. Secondly, the data is sent as email instead of as data, which can save you a fair bit of money with certain cellular data plans. Finally, since all the images and style sheets are attached, these emails can be quite large and can take a few seconds to open.

Attachment(s):

Any file(s) of any type you wish attached to your list

Body:

The list items. Can be formatted with color, bold, italics, etc, which will be preserved. Each line represents a list item.

Description:

This service allows you store arbitrary bits of information in a list form. Each line ( time you press enter ) will create a new list line item. Any attached files ( you can attach multiple ) will automatically be attached to the first list item. The value in the subject is the name of the list. Flexamail first checks to see if you have a list by that name and if found it adds whatever is in your body to the existing list. Otherwise, it checks if anyone has shared a list with you by that name and adds to it, if found. Finally, if not found, it will create a new list and attach the list items from your email body. From the website, you can create, view, manage, edit and add to your lists. You can move list items up and down in order by dragging and dropping. You can also move list items between lists by dragging the list item to the list tab you want it copied too. You can view files attached to a list item by clicking the '>' icon to the left of the list. Through the same interface, you can share your list with other Flexamail members, set your notification options for when the list changes, and more. There is also a tab for Other Lists, these are lists that others have shared with you.

If your sig changes, simply email this address again. You can view your Signature in the settings section of the website.
